Geotraining does not share your personal information with any other parties.

If you need to receive CEUs and PDHs for a course, we will need to register the participant’s name and email address in the Engineering Institute of Canada’s website to record the credit hours.

In case you would like to cancel or reschedule a course, a notice should be provided to us by email. If you send a notice ten business days in advance of the course date, you will receive a full refund minus $100 administration charge.

If you cancel a course registration less than ten business days in advance of the course date, you may choose one of the following options:

• Transfer to another course.
• Request a non-refundable credit that can be used for another course within one year.
• Transfer the course or the credit to someone else.
• Request the course notes and solutions for the course examples.

Those who fail to send a notice for course cancelation/rescheduling or fail to attend the course will be charged the full course fee.

If we cancel a course, a full refund will be issued.
